I created this site for personal reasons,firstly let me tell you a little bit  about myself i have been in a very low place in life

suffering from  low self worth which in turn led to my confidence hitting the floor too,ive spent the last 3 years trying to pick myself back up 

after a 17 year abusive relationship,trying to fix myself on the outside to make me feel better somehow,spending needless amounts of money on creams an face scrubs ect..

until i finally realised no matter what i did to change  my appearance i still had no confidence an low self worth...because i couldnt change what was on the inside years of being put down,name calling it had stuck somewhere deep within me "ugly" "stupid"  "useless" that's exactly what i became well at least until i realised i could change my mind set to believe the opposite...and now i want to help others do the same whether it be abuse or any other reason why you don't feel as beautiful as you deserve to feel each and everyday,starting from inside-out i have also researched and tried many natural beauty remedies ranging from skin problems such as "acne" "dry skin" even home remedies for hair removal,scars and stretch marks,you can try for free with everyday products you have at home.
